BSTA was established as a sole proprietorship in Tempe, Arizona in November of 1986. In March of 1995 we incorporated in Arizona and in March of 2004 we established Border States Technical Associates de Mexico SA de CV. We have offices in Tempe AZ, Albuquerque NM, El Paso TX / Juarez MX, Monterrey MX, Durango MX and Mexico City MX.
