Kent
Jarvis is the founder and President of Border States Technical
Associates. He has been in the electrical/electronic components and
industrial controls industry for twenty eight years. In addition to
his management duties for the company he also has account responsibility
in Arizona, New Mexico, and El Paso, Texas.
Bill
Jarvis is Vice President and has been with the company since
1987. He has been a partner in the company since 1992. He has 30 years
of industry experience. In addition to account responsibility in Arizona,
and Las Vegas, Nevada, Bill manages the outside sales people.
Robert Sawicki
is a new addition to our sales team. He has 2 years of inside
sales and customer service experience through his work with an
Industrial and Automation distributor. He is currently pursuing a
degree in business administration. He has interests in computers and
electronics, and continues to expand his knowledge in both fields.
Andrew
Thomson opened our Albuquerque office in 2007. He is an
industrial engineer. He has responsibility for the entire state of
New Mexico and also El Paso County, Texas. In his brief professional
career he has conducted Lean Kaizen events for a major medical manufacturer.
He also has sales and management experience.
Jan
Jarvis is the Inside Sales and Office Manager in the Tempe,
Arizona office. She has been with the company since 2000. She has
over 30 years of customer service and personnel management experience.
MEXICO
Sergio
Nava has been with the company since 1998. He opened our
office in El Paso, and in 2003 Sergio was made President and Managing
Partner of Border States Technical Associates de Mexico. He is responsible
for the day to day operations of the Mexico subsidiary as well as
the sales management of our other Mexico offices.
Jose
Juan opened our office in Mexico City in 2006. Jose is an
electrical engineer with 10 years of experience. He has been in industrial
and electrical sales for 10 years.
Gerardo
Nava is our representative in Durango and Torreon. He has
been with the company since 2005. He is an industrial engineer with
6 years of experience in manufacturing environments. He has 2 years
of industrial sales experience
Sergio Ontiveros is our representative in Northwest of Mexico (Baja, Sonora, Sinaloa, Chihuahua). Sergio is an Industrial Engineer with 21 years of experience in the market of industrial, electrical, electronic and communications. He has been with the company since January of 2008.
